🏀 REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME DAY 🏀

Eagle fans… It’s time.

DCLA will face Braggs in the Regional Championship on Saturday at 7:30 PM in Agra, and the energy is building. Our boys are playing with confidence, toughness, and heart — and they need that Eagle crowd behind them.

Fill the stands. Wear your playoff shirts or red, white, and blue. Be loud from warm-ups to the final buzzer.

Our FFA officers enjoyed some time at the Oklahoma Capitol Wednesday. We attended a session where they heard from legislators about the impact of FFA and importance of trying new things and being a leader with in our communities and state. They represented DCLA well!

The Deer Creek-Lamont Lady Eagles will compete in the Regional Consolation Bracket at 1:00 PM on Friday in Agra.

They will face the winner of tonight’s matchup between Bluejacket and Mason.

DCLA FFA is enjoying some fun for National FFA week a little early (next week is the official week and we have the district stock show!) Today we made breakfast for the teachers and lunch for the high school basketball teams! We are cheering on our District Champions as they travel to play their next round tonight at Agra! Good luck Lady Eagles and Eagles, we are proud of you!!

Last week our students had a great week at the county livestock show! We had 13 students show and a few extras compete in the livestock judging contest!! We had multiple class winners, and showmanship champions. Double District Champions 🦅 Last night both the Eagles and the Lady Eagles battled their way to District titles. Tough, physical games and both teams answered every run. Proud of the way they competed and stayed together. They advance to Regionals at Agra on Tuesday Girls at 6:00 Boys at 7:20 Let’s travel and be loud. #RoadToTheColossium

FFA WEEK IS NEXT WEEK! Join us for a little fun! The dress up days are the same at both sites but the junior high and high school have a few extra activities! It will be a great week full of basketball playoffs and FFA activities!!

Please note that only OSSAA passes will be accepted. Per OSSAA rules, we cannot livestream playoff games.

If your business, organization, or family offers a scholarship (or plans to this year), please let our school counselor, Mrs. Bledsoe, know by email at hbledsoe@dcla.k12.ok.us. We want to be sure every opportunity is shared with our students and families so no one misses out.

Mrs. Bledsoe shares all scholarship opportunities with students via Google Classroom, so seniors should check their school email and the Google Classroom stream regularly. Deadlines and details move fast.

🏀🦅 PLAYOFF TIME FOR THE EAGLES 🦅🏀

Basketball playoffs are here and both DCLA teams are headed to Shidler High School this Friday, February 13, 2026. The Lady Eagles will tip off at 6:00 PM, followed immediately by the boys game.

Win or lose, both teams will continue on to regionals, but let’s pack the gym, bring the noise, and support our Eagles as they open postseason play together. Wear red, be loud, and help us make it feel like home away from home ❤️🤍💙🦅

Today several of our FFA officers went to Enid to be interviewed for the National FFA Week radio spots on KOFM 103.1! They did a great job promoting FFA, their SAE's and our program! You can listen to Alan Clepper weekday mornings over the next several weeks to catch our members. They will also be on their website under the podcast tabs! Thank you to Alan, the team at KOFM and all the sponsors for making this opportunity possible for our students!

DCLA is on the road for the final regular season game 🦅🏀
The Eagles will travel to Yale to take on the Bulldogs at the Homer Ray Gym in Yale, OK. Tipoff is set for 6:00 PM.
