🏀 Game Recap Alert! 🏀 This afternoon, our Deer Creek-Lamont Elementary girls brought their A-game, taking home a solid win against Cherokee with a final score of 16-8! Amazing job, ladies—your hard work and teamwork paid off! Our elementary boys battled it out on the court and took the game into overtime with a nail-biting finish. They played their hearts out but ultimately fell short with a close score of 24-27. Great effort, boys—you showed incredible determination! We’re proud of both teams! 📚 The Oklahoma Regents for Higher Education visited our school on Monday to meet with our sophomores and review their pre-ACT scores. This valuable session helped students understand their results and how to use them to boost their academic skills. 📝✨ Our teachers also had the chance to meet with the Regents, discussing how to leverage these scores along with our last five years of ACT data to enhance classroom teaching.
