Our freshman class put together Mrs Junghanns Christmas present this week and got to start some lettuce today. Mrs Mills had some baby spider plants that we convinced her to let us take and put in it today! We are so excited to see what fun things we can do with this!

Due to the flu affecting many of our students and staff, all basketball games scheduled for today have been canceled to prioritize everyone's health and safety. Important Announcement: The tournament in Medford scheduled for tomorrow has been rescheduled. Games that were originally set to be played on Friday will now take place on Saturday. Additionally, DCLA will not have school tomorrow, Friday, January 10th. #snowday #staysafe

📢 Important Update: New Pickup System at Lamont 🚗 Starting Wednesday, January 8, we will implement a new after-school pickup system: • Walkers: Students will continue to leave from the front of the school. • Car Riders: Drop-off and pickup will now take place at the front of the school. • Parents, please form a line along Harrison Street (right side). • Students will be released 4 at a time to their vehicles, similar to the previous procedure at the back. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask parents to stay in line and remain patient during this transition. ❗️If your child’s dismissal routine changes, please call the school by 2:45 PM to ensure we can communicate the update.
